Muriel Breau – Vue Events Manager
I was born in Provence, France, where I spent the first 20 years of my life. My passion for hospitality, travel and good food led me to gain my experience in some of the most prominent establishments in the world. I began with a couple of years in the UK where my career then took me to the Indian Ocean, the US and Bora Bora before settling down in Singapore for five years. After travelling throughout the continents and meeting Shannon Bennett in Asia, I knew the right thing to do was to follow him to Melbourne and join his successful team at the world class Vue de monde.
At Vue Events we welcome our guests “on top of the world” in our state-of-the-art premises surrounded by amazing views of the city. We customise events to every detail and aim to a provide bespoke service while creating the most memorable experience for our guests.
Ludovic Lamarque – Vue Events Operations Manager
After spending my first 18 years on a tropical island I thought it was time for a change. Strange, I know. I've always loved Melbourne from afar so I flew here to study hospitality management at William Angliss of Tafe as hospitality is my passion.
I landed my first job in Australia at Etihad Stadium and Melbourne Olympic Park with Delaware North Australia and have since packed together seven fruitful years in events and conferences, in both front-of-house and back-of-house capacity.
In this role at Vue Events, located high up on the 55th floor of Melbourne's iconic Rialto building, our service is integral to our clients' overall experience and we believe that the higher you are, the higher the service will be.
Claire Guillois – Assistant Operations Manager
After several eye opening work experiences in France, Spain and Tunisia I realized my true passion for hospitality and the food industry. I started studying hospitality management in Paris and ended up in Los Angeles where I discovered the “Events” world in one of the highest cultural institution of California. That’s when I understood I wanted to focus my career on events. I love the idea of contributing to the success of someone’s special day, this is a passion that drives my ambition. After managing the private dining department of The Lanesborough Hotel in London, I decided to move to Melbourne to pursue my dream and continue to discover what this amazing industry has to offer. I am very proud to be part of the Vue Events team and to be able to provide our guests the most incredible dining experiences that this beautiful city has to offer.
Rebecca Jackson – Vue Events Coordinator
Beginning my career in five star hotels in Sydney, I quickly realised my passion for the events industry. The decision to pursue studies in Event Management paved the way for what has been a thrilling professional journey. After developing my experiences in global corporate events with an incentive management firm as well as high end corporate relations with The Royal Automobile Club Australia, new opportunities beckoned in Melbourne. I am excited to be a part of a progressive and industry defining company, and making my mark on its progress. I enjoy working closely with my clients, and take pride in delivering the best of what hospitality has to offer.
Arianna Laico – Vue Events Coordinator
Following my university studies in my home town of Rome, I relocated to the United Kingdom to further pursue my career.
Several years of fine dining and hospitality operations in London, my ambition led me to Melbourne where I pursued my passion for the industry as Events Coordinator for Ernst and Young. This experience opened the doors to an opportunity with Vue Group, which has allowed me to apply my functions and events expertise in a world class operation, and the ability to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience.
Bree Coulton – Vue Events Coordinator
My professional career began to materialise and gain momentum during my tenures in the MICE industry in Brisbane. Compelled by the diverse range of challenges, unique problem solving and dynamic strategies that this industry posed, I pursued my passion to Melbourne working for one of Victoria’s most renowned luxury boutique hotel chains. My personal ambition to grow professionally and develop my exposure to world class events, food and beverage led me to Vue de monde. I relish this opportunity learning from the best in a company that honours service and customers, and I find the highest level of satisfaction by making my mark in executing seamless and memorable events for my clients.
